I reset my iphone and now it is on black screen

Hi Your iphone is having a software problem try to restore it whit itunes to the highest iphone firmware version, if your are still having problem send it to 1 iphone repair centre like www.E-Repairs.co.uk

Hey better upgrade to the latest version of apple iphone OS which is the 3.1 firmware. Just connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
This will upgrade the phone and hope it will work fine then!

Try doing a hard reset by holding down the power button (top right of phone) and the home button (center bottom of phone) for a few seconds until it reboots. Then press the power button again to turn the phone back on.

If it still locks, contact Apple by going to their website and making an appointment with the Genius Bar at your closest Apple retail store.

Ok here is what you need to do. First hold down the "Home" and the "Sleep/Wake" button down until the iPhone resets, don't release the "Home" until you get the connect to iTunes screen. Now plug it in to your computer and open iTunes, select your iPhone in the list to the left, now click the button that says "Restore," during the process of the restore you'll be asked if you want to restore from a back up, say no. After doing all this, you should be good.

If this doesn't work RESTORE IT.

try this .. Step 1. Turn off your iPhone.
Step 2. Hold down the power and home button.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that its in restore mode.
