All-in-one 5510 started printing off the edge of

all-in-one 5510 started printing off the edge of the side of the page when I went to change the cartridge, both color and black was removed and taken to be refilled but when reinstalled the carrier was shifted back into shutdown position the carrier was pulled back to reinstall position as it had change itself from that position with the door open by itself, when the cartridges were placed back in the carrier they would only print one page at a time and asked for alignment each time, hit cancel, and OK, then it would print one page but it started at the top on "copy" a page to run off the side of the page diagonally, how does it get corrected?
