Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
We have had our psp for about 2 years now, worked great, then one day when we put a game in we didnt have an icon to play the game. Same for a movie. Its like the program was erased or something. Anybody have any ideas?
I know half of the anwser to this. All i know is you gotta unscrew 5 screws and open up the psp. then you have to reattach a orange tape or wires. it depends on which one is disconnected. but once you open it, you'll know which one to reconnect. i know which screws to unscrew in order to open it, but its complicated to explain. But if you reattach the orange tape or wires your psps will be able to play movies and games. or simplier let gamestop check it out. thats my advice.

By your discription, it sounds like the UMD drive is not working. Are you saying the UMD's are not reading? Comment back please, I will get an email that you posted a new comment.
