When I turn it on it has the following message:

The only way to fix the problem is to do a factory restore on the laptop so its like you just got it out of the box. As you turn on the laptop hold down the ALT button and keep pressing F10. If the recovery partition is still on the drive then you can access this partition and be able to restore your laptop back to factory defaults.

If you can't access it then your going to need the operating system cd and then your going to need to download the drivers for all the hardware that windows doesn't install and of course the programs that you want to use on your computer.

in this case it means windows is corrupted from your system32, thats why cannot boot to windows. you can fix this by re-installing windows in repair option.
