Problem for Acer Aspire 3610 PC Notebook
When I turn it on it has the following message:

When I turn on my compuer it has the following message: Windolws could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt <Windows root>system32hll.dll Please restall a copy of the above file. I don't have a disk is there any other way to fix this problem??? Thanks

The only way to fix the problem is to do a factory restore on the laptop so its like you just got it out of the box. As you turn on the laptop hold down the ALT button and keep pressing F10. If the recovery partition is still on the drive then you can access this partition and be able to restore your laptop back to factory defaults.
If you can't access it then your going to need the operating system cd and then your going to need to download the drivers for all the hardware that windows doesn't install and of course the programs that you want to use on your computer.
