Where can I purchase Corporate express shredders? I can't seem to find any?

Fold a piece of cardboard into the slot on the shredder. I had to do this on an office shredder I owned for years.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS REMEMBER TO REMOVE the piece of cardboard ANYTIME YOU HAVE TO CLEAR THE CUTTERS &&& ALWAYS UNPLUG IT!

The unit requires a complete cleaning and oiling , there is paper shreds jammed at the sides.
POWER OFF AND REMOVE POWER PLUG FROM WALL BEFORE CLEANING.
Staples or Grand and Toy should have the shredder oil.

Apparently, music downloaded from the Internet, or bought online, for example using iTunes, may cause problems with SlideShow Expressions. Why won't my music files work in Photo & Video Expressions? [SlideShow too, I guess]

Photo & Video Expressions is not compatible with audio files that have been protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) functionality. Most audio files purchased online through Internet music retailers like iTunes, Urge, or Rhapsody are encrypted with some form of DRM. Similarly, audio files that have been extracted from a CD or DVD (the process known as "ripping") using certain media applications (iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc.) often have default settings that encrypt the files extracted.

There is no way to use DRM audio files purchased from online music retailers with Photo & Video Expressions. However, if you want to use music and audio files that you have extracted from your CD collection, then all you have to do is change the ripping setting in your media application before you extract the files to your computer.

Suggestions are given on how to change ripping settings in iTunes and Windows Media Player.

However, it is always good to contact the technical support team at individualsoftware.com. You first have to register your product with them in order to get help, but this online assistance is free and worthwhile trying out.

Office Depot offers $30 to trade in an old shredder toward the purchase of a new one. They currently have an Ativa Micro-Cut on sale for $89.99, less trade-in makes it $59.99. If they accept the $10 coupon from their online survey, the final price is $49.99! Face it, shredder blades dull eventually, so look for them to go on sale and trade in/trade up!

I took the shredder apart and checked the little switch that sends a signal to the computer board. It had a loose terminal. I worked it over and reassembled the shredder. Now it works as good as new.

TRy going to factory-express.com That is the place I found that seems the best bet for you. They have a listing for your shredder which is a lot better than many of the places I checked out. So try them and Good Luck.
