Our fisher and parkyel washing machine just

Our fisher and parkyel washing machine just started with following fault symptom.

When start, the water releasing valve doesn’t release water as it does normally. It lease water little by little and do not start up the washing cycle properly.

I had checked the filter and the valve but did not see any problem there.

I appreciate if you could guide me to find the cause of this problem.
