The only way is to use the re installation disk that came with the laptop when you bought it. The disk should say something like "Reinstallation" or "Restore". You will loose all content.
Similar to the picture below. May have different wording and color.
If you are not computer literate, I would recommend getting help from someone that has experience.

If the system has the original Dell image, then just after the Dell Bios splash screen should be a black screen with w blue bar at the top with www.dell.com at the top.
At that screen press CTRL + F11 to initiate the PC Restore program.

The first thing you have to do is reset your windows password , There is a way to reset windows password without erasing anything.
Follow the instructions:
1.Free download the iso file : http://www.resetwindowspassword.com
2.Burn it to a disk to create the boot disk, that simple.
3.Configure your pc or laptop to boot in the cd drive,
4.Insert the CD, reboot from CD drive, and then just follow the process of instruction. A few steps later, admin password would be cleared
Took about 5 minutes for the whole process.

Only way to do this would be to do a "system restore" without disks you can only hope you have restore points setup... run system restore from control panel and find out..
if no restore points contact dell for a restore disk.. remember the system restore without disks will not remove viruses or other harmful files..

first of all press F2 or Del for cmos setting and there u can set the default settings of the laptop and check it options( i.e. F8=default settings) plz find the default setting option in ur laptop and then hit the defalut setting and ur laptop reset as factory settings.
