It sounds like you have not configured your print driver. The good news is this is way easy to do. Go to your devices and printers and then right click the sharp and go to printer properties click the configure tab and then click auto configure then select the option that it recommends. This will only work if you are using a Sharp driver and not one of the universal windows drivfers.
