Soap dispenser won't open

- Had an authorized LG service person check it out. The blue softner plastic insert in the drawer was lifted up slightly and preventing the drawer from opening. To open the drawer he removed the two screws on the back of the top. To remove the top, you need slide it back then lift it up. The drawer is then visible and you can press down the plastc piece and open the drawer. The snap features that hold the softner insert in the drawer are not robust and the insert can lift up on the front edge easlily. As a fix to this issue, I glued the insert in place on the front and back edges using super glue. The other option was to order a new drawer for about $90. It has been been working fine since gluing it in place.
