Can't find update for Pro Tools LE 7.0

Hi!...i really hope someone can help me...i rcently had to reinstall my OS X, thus had to reinstall pro tools along with everything else...now i want to upgrade to LE 7.0 but I only see my authorization number in "MY Digi'' and not the activation code( i currently have 6.9.2)...how can i go about upgrading to 7.0 so that i can update all the way up to 7.4 ..please help! I tried caling customer service but NONE of the numbers work!
