My laptop doesn't produce any sound.

Did you check start->control panel->system->hardware tab-> device manager and see if there are any errors related to your sound drivers? Probably see a yellow exclamation

We have no sound coming from our PC. There are

To check, click windows start button, point to computer, click manage, then look for device manager. If you see an exclamation or "x" mark on your audio device this means that your audio driver is not properly installed.

If audio no error marked sign and says that your audio driver is ok, uninstall it then re-install the audio driver.

Today,I open a song to listen it but when i play the song with winamp the message come that bad sound speaker and error 88780078

That is a Bad DirectSound Driver Error. If the problem persists, make sure you have the correct sound card drivers installed. Also try downloading and installing the newest driver for your hardware.

If you click on Start, and then Run... type in dxdiag and press ok.
This will bring up DirectX where you can run some test with your soundcard.
