SC995 is a controller board not compatible error. You have replaced the controller board with the 2022 or 2032 board. All other boards and parts for this machines are the same. Only the controller board is different for all three models. But if you have not change the controller board and this SC995 appeared then the controller board is defective and need to be replaced.
Sorry not possible to be done. All other parts and boards are same on the both models. Even the RAM and the printer\scanner SD card is the same.NV ram is the same. But the controller boards are different for both machines. You will get SC995 if you put a mp4000sp controller board in mp5000sp. SC 995 is compatibility error for the controller board it self.

The 11-digit serial number is printed on the data plate. This information is compared with the installed components to detect mismatches. Did you remove any of the machine parts or components?
