Problem for HP HP 2133 Mini Notebook PC + Logitech Z-10 Speakers
HP 2133: does not turn on, sreen blank
my HP 2133: when you turn it on nothing happens, only the blue light on the "on button" comes on. Nothing on the screen and the light for hard drive also does not come on.

If it is still under warranty, send it back to HP to get repaired immediatly.
If it is not under warranty, then it is probably that your motherboard has gone out. I would say that the LCD just simply isnt working but you say that your HDD light is not doing anything, then that means the problem is a bit more serious.
Unfortuantly, with most laptops, there is no way to test them out unless you have a spare laptop of the same model and make or have some super diagnostic kit that I have never heard of. In any case, it sounds like you are going to need to have it serviced or take it apart and replace each part one by one. I hope I am overlooking something that will solve your problem with a solution that is not so grim, but these are the only things that I can think of.
