Re: Sound problem ?!

Most of the time it is the speaker which has the problem. or it could be a device interfering with the phone when u recieve a call. for example wireless internet or speakers

I hear echo

Are you or the other person using the speaker phone function? Does this happen during conference (3 way) calling? If you're using the speaker phone function, especially during a conference call, you're likely to hear an echo. I've had this very same issue with a different phone and the only solution I found was not to use speaker phone.

Good Luck!

People i am talking to on my pantech burst cannot hear me because there is an echo on their end

I had the same problem and had tried everything. The noise conceling was turned on and made no difference. I finally put a piece of sctoch tape over the second microphone located beside the flash and the problem disappeared. I think the dual microphone is causing the issue, it picks up the speaker sound and the time delay causes the echo.

Hi, When I talk on the phone I can't hear nothing in the speaker i must put it on the loud speaker to hear the other person. thank's

The speaker is faulty, either damaged, or disconneted from the board.
This would have to be fixed by a local phone repairer.
Make sure that the repairer knows his job well so as for him not to damage the phone further. but instead of using the loud speaker for yourt calls, you can use a hands free device to make and receive your calls.

Hope that was helpful?
Have a lovely day.

My mobile is nokia 3110classic.suddenly i got a sound problem.i cn't hear sounds outside.but am ble hear them through ear phones.i.e am unable hear songs as wells am not able to hear my ring tone...

The problem is with your "Ringer" (the bigger speaker). If you can hear the sound through your ear piece, then replacing the Ringer/Speaker will definitely fix your problem. I would suggest to get it done from a service center or from a mobile repairing shop.
Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Nokia 6111 - f phoning or receiving calls I can't hear the person

This is a hardware problem. Try to remove the battery and plug in after some time. If that fix it,it' great unless you need to send it for repair.

It might be a issue with IC's, might be blown or soldered out or might be the microphone in the cellphone might needs a replacement/repair.

Thanks for using "Fixya".

I just bougth iphone 3g on march 13 2009, and have a the same problem. the problem is if somebody call i can hear them clearly but they cannot hear me but if i press the speaker on i can hear them but...

if you are using the speaker, then the volume is too high and it is creating an echo.
The bottom of the phone may be dirty also, but if not, you can restorte your iphone in itunes and it should help you with the glitch. Good luck
