Xbox 360 Freezes Up With Lines Across Screen And Funny Noises

It just freezes up randomly, sometimes when i have just turned it on or when i am halfway through a game. I had two quadrant red flashing lights about 24 hours before it started happening. Anything i can do to fix it?

- I don't think it's the television or the cables because i tried a different televison and replaced the HDMI cable with the AV one and there is no difference.

I had the same problem, i tried the towle trick "As seen on Youtube" nothing works, if I were you I would get ready to ship it off to Microsoft and let them fix it.
