I have PK-750MJ cam, and installed properly but

i have PK-750MJ cam, and installed properly but the image is flip up, even ask the customer service of a4tech the same process they acquire me to do but still doesn't fix the problem i even updated my usb driver, downloaded latest driver of the cam still won't fix the problem, and if i don't install the driver it won't show on any kind of messenger.. how will i resolve this kind of scenario.. please inform me how to fix this thanks
