i have installed yahoo messenger 9 on my PC but when i try to open it the configuration error pops up and advise me to reinstall. but it doesn't work. what should i do?

hello i can solve it.....go ta the control panel and click the ad or remove program .. and uninstall it,, after uninstalling please restart you pc and on again,, go to www.yahoo.com download yahoo full client installer, and during your installation make sure are you connected to the internet,,, yahoo masseger installation internet connection are needed..... thank you
