hi there,
try to pull out the cmos battery on the mother board in 10 minutes then put it back,this will elminate the password on windows.

what os are you running and can you get on any account on the pc that has administartive privligaes, if not..
try this firstif all else fails download EBCD and will take out all passwords on a pc ebcd is free so dont pay for it, and read the instructions first and you have to be able to create a bootable disk. if you cant find ebcd, email me and ill send it to you.
