Question about Fuji FinePix A120 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Blurry Pictures I have a Fuji Finepix A120 that's about 4 years old. The last 2 years pictures are ALWAYS blurry, I have no idea how to fix it, I change batteries often but it never fixes the problem. Besides that, it has never been able to take more than 6 pictures. I hate this camera!!!! Yvette

When I try to take a photo indoor with the flash turned off, the picture is blurry. How do I fix it so that my photos are not blurry any more?

Since there is less light, the camera leaves the shutter open for a longer time....plenty of time for you to move the camera slightly enough to blur the pictures. Here are some suggestions: 1. If the camera has some version of "shake control" or "image stabilization", turn it on. 2. Set the ISO to a higher number. 3. Turn on more lights inside if possible. 4. Use a tripod or set the camera on a firm surface.

Camera won't focus when using optical zoom

I had same problem. Found that doing a complete reset fixed it. Go into setup and at end there is a factory reset. If not working after that would suspect your ccd sensor is on way out. They should last 5-7 yrs. Be cheaper to get another cam with way prices have come down

Fiji finepix s7000

Hi. From past experience I would say that these symptoms suggest the early stages of CCD failure. It usually starts with lines etc as you describe and progresses into wavy, blurry pictures or partial pictures and eventually the ccd just goes black. If it is CCD failure, the camera will usually still work when viewing pics that are already on the card.

My camara screen has gone blurry

Lines on the Screen mean the CCD chip has failed, the camera cannot be fixed, My A345 is blurry too, but I don't know why.

I have this same problem. If I shut the camera off then on again it clears up. Someone from Fuji said that this is because the Auto-Focus is stuck on. They advised to half push the shutter button to release the auto-focus.
