Are you accidentally doing 2 sided printing when printing envelopes ? That could be the reason it misfeeds. Check to see that 2 sided (duplex) printing is not chosen.
You will need to select the duplex option in the print options before you print. If you don't have the option you can manually do it but it will take a while to print out each page. You can also buy a duplex unit for the printer.
open the print preview by clicking on to the drop down arrow on the right hand side of the printer icon which you can find on any web page or email or a document that you are trying to print from on right hans side top. on the top of print preview window you would get different options .there is an optio which is for the font size/ by default it would be fit to page / change it to 75% or more according to your needs and click on the print option ans see what happens /
please let me know whether it worked or not /
i have other resolutions as well
thanks
Firstly in one PC reload the OS and other necessary softwares and try printing an email. If u get the same results, then check the printing options both on the printer side and the outlook print properties. Hopefully this wont be needed because when you reinstall the OS as a clean install it should print properly....sodeep
Your problem isn't in the printer. It's trying to print what you send to it. Check your settings in your e-mail program. You may be attempting to print all emails inadvertently.
Welcome to FixYa Mr. McMullen. Email options for characters per line is a parameter than you can customize. As you did not mention which email service you use I could not tell you the specific paths for mail options This may be a factor that would conflict with the printer margins limits which would cut the edge off rather than scale or format the print job.
Also on your email there is generally a print format checkbox but then again you would need to examine your email options.
Thanks for using FixYa and please repost if you need further assistance specifying your email service, Steve Medley
