EA Sports Server Troubleshooting, Problems & Support

I have Fios high speed internet. I can play Fight Night Round 3 online for PS2. But when I go online with my new Madden 09' game I get disconnected a minute or less from the EA Server. I am completely not sure why I am seeing this occur. My signal is good, but my speed does fluctuate on occasion. I have the proper ports open, but have taken my Norton firewall "down," as well as the windows firewall. Whenever I have taken the firewalls down EA still disconnects me. I was thinking that maybe it was something with my verizon service and equiment but then why am I able to play fight night no problem.

In addition to all of this I have taken my PS2 and Madden 09' to a friends house that has high speed internet and plays online with his PS3. We hooked my PS2 equipment to his online router and proceeded online. Well, I didn't get disconnected. I played a game from start to finish. So I don't know what else to do. Is it my fios service? Or is it my EA game and account?

I thought from the beginning it was an EA problem because the disconnect said the EA server has disconnected you. Would you like to try again? I can get in to the the Madden 09' lobby and can find someone to play against, but it always disconnects!!! But if the problem was a verizon issue then why can I go online at my PC? Why can I go online with fight night?

i try to play NCAA 06 on xbox live (360) and it cant connect to the EA Server...

i can't log in to ea servers, but i can log in to xbox live? has anyone heard from EA? it has been like this for about a week. I am playing Battlefield Bad Company

Mine always says it cannot work the Ea servers are down someone please contact EA Sports and ask why its not working

I can't play madden 09 online on my 360. my xbox live works fine, but I can't log onto the ea servers

I am having the same problems as the rest of America.
I can not get a EA server to work for me 85% of the time.
It sucks I can't playt Madden 09 on my XBOX 360

I have madden 06 on ps2. I have internet acces, the game says my connection is good when tested, but when i try to log on to ea it says login failed.

and me i can not sign up to the ea it says that invaild all the time

I Can connect to the DNAS but i can not connect to the EA Server for any madden or NCAA games for the playstation 2

WHEN I INSTALLED THE GAME THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. BUT IN PLYING GAME I HAVE THE PROBLEM. IT OPENS A DIALOG BOX AND TELL TO "SEND MICROSOFT"OR"DON'T SEND ".

I'm having major issues with my xbox 360 NBAlive08?? I had no problems before with online game play but about a month ago, every time i try to play team play now, the game play is very sluggish, laggy, or choppy, players are moving slower than normal and actions are delayed! AND IT IS NOT, NOT, my internet provider I have high speed and they have tested it, I called Xbox support and they tried to help but ultimately told me oh its the EA servers being overcrowed and that I need to wait until school starts back in 2 weeks to see if that will make a difference?? So I'm suppose to wait for another 2 weeks to see if my game will work properly again, I like most people bought my 360 for the sports games and who makes most of the sports game EAAAAAAAAAAA, so EAAAAAAAAAAAA needs to get better servers or do something so I can play my freakin game again. If anyone else has this same problem I feel for ya!!!

i can't play on-line. It keeps saying, "could not establish a connection."

Cannot get online got a new modem (motorolla wireless) the ethernet ceble plugged in to ps2, and computer on wireless. I erased my ea login on the memory card and now i cant get back online. I've put the startup disc back in and went through it to set everything back up. Still a problem. My friend has an old model ps2 and I have the slim. Does the disc have anything thing to do with it being diferent year models

I am having problems logging into Madden 2006. It won't load up the servers

I have not been able to stay connected to EA sports Madden 08 server..
Never had this type problem before... I can log in, but then I get a message that says,

YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE MADDEN SERVER, WOULD YOU LIKE TO RECONNECT?

Or I can log in, enter the lobby, but as soon as I try to go into the room, it freezes, then asks me the same question again, would I like to reconnect?
I contacted EA, they had me download a trace utility. I found 47% packet loss, EA says its Verizons server thats causing the problem.. I contact Verizon, they fix it on their end. Now I have 100% packet loss on what is clearly an EA server. I contact EA again, they give me some BS run around and told me to contact Sony... WTFK???

Maybe they are tryng to tell me they don't want me spending $50.00 a year for the new Madden releases. Or $500.00 for the new sony console.

When i play my game it starts but the game will only work for awhile about half a race and then it disconnects

yea i cant connect to any EA sports game servers at all. Makes me F******mad.its the only reason why i bought a PS2 BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL THESE GREAT PS2 GAMES I WOULD LOVE TO GO ONLINE WITH BUT CANT.>[

Same freaking problem. I only disconnected and reconnected at another house. No config changes at all and this happens. It really sucks that there is no solution out there. It seems to be a big problem as most of you will agree.

Exact sma eproblem wont connect to EA servers while trying to play fight night round 3 for the PS3, "it wsays they are currently unavailable and its been doing this for well over a week. Tried opening ports for the game, putting the PS3 into DMZ mode still no luck, please Help. P.S all my other online games work fine

I bypass the DNAS then it says "The Connection to EA Servers could not be established" I've tested the connections and it always come back as a Good Connection!!
