Problem for HP LaserJet 1020 Printer
How do i stop it printing a file directory after each print job

my hp 1020 has always been a bit tempremental but recently after an ink change every time I print it prints a page detailing the file directory etc wasting ink and paper how do I stop this I have tried but getting fed up now.

Hi,
I think you have installed the generic driver from the CD.
I recommend to install the UPD PCL6 (universal printer driver) from www.hp.com/go/upd
Let me know the result.
