Problem for LG Shine KE970 Cellular Phone
My lcd screen is blank except for the top area where the time is

Every so often my phone would freeze up in this manner and then be fine after a restart. But recently it froze up and now remains stuck no matter what i have tried. Any ideas? I did not drop it or spill anythng on it.
