When i started a game in my PSP without the sample disc it gave me the error 80020321 so i went to recovery mode and enabled no umd and disabled all three option in advanced configuration and exited.But the game started without the umd but always gets stuck.

Stop messing with your PSP's recovery settings and just play normally. Changing 2 or mroe settings that are incompatible can mess up protocols inside the PSP os.
