hi, you can try downlaoding the full feature sofetware from http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=mp-35363-1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&os=228&product=441125 this link this link is for j5610
Now here are some steps you can try
1) after extracting the software goto start-run-then type %temp% -goto 7z folder-util-ccc-here you will get uninstall_le icon double click on it
2) reboot your PC
3) goto same 7z folder then click on "Setup"(last icon)
it will get sucessfully installed.
