If you have downloaded the soft ware from logitech and have run it then do so, mine would not connect until I did that, also recycle the on / off switch, If that does not work, contact Logitech, they should be able to help you.

SOURCE: logitech keyboard won't work

You may need to reinstall the drivers for the keyboard, they should have came on a CD with the keyboard, you may also be able to download the correct driver from Logitech's website. Try searching for 'logitech keyboard drivers' in Google or visit Logitech's own website.

Please rate if at all useful, thanks!

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

ok the k520 is wireless kbd/mouse
the batteries are dead in both. (replace both is best)
if new, batteries dont last long parked in warehouse for 3 years.
if the batteries are good. then. what.?
then be web connected to get the drivers for this k520 to work
it has USB bluetooth device, this must work next
or it will be dead. this USB device, needs a driver, first.
if web connected, it most times loads and works.
the mfg page shows.

What is logitech 810-000755 used for or what does it do

810-000755 is the part number for the Logitech C-bt44 USB receiver for the Logitech Cordless Desktop EX 100. See http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/cordless-desktop-ex-100-product/faq#link_19321 . This is the section of the FAQ on using the EX 100 with other USB receivers. The receiver lets select Logitech wireless keyboards and mice communicate with the computer that has this device plugged in. The 810-000755 also works with the Logitech cordless desktop (keyboard/mice) EX 110, and the MK 300. There may be other keyboards and mice that communicate with this receiver. However, newer Logitech keyboards and desktops (keyboard/mice) may not use this receiver.

I hope this helps. Note: the EX 100 uses 2 alkaline AA batteries in the keyboard and 2 alkaline AA batteries in the mouse to communicate with the receiver. I believe the other keyboards and desktops that can communicate with the 810-000755 also use alkaline batteries which last ~6 months before they must be replaced.

How do I connect my Logitech wireless mouse to my computer

I use Logitech wireless mice and so does my wife. After a battery change you have to reconnect the mouse with the wireless receiver
. First push the button on the receiver, then push the button on the bottom of the mouse. It should connect and you will be ready to go. If this doesn't get the mouse working, you may have to unplug the mouse, then plug it back in the USB port, then reconnect to the receiver. Hope that helps.

Looking for user manual for Logitech K520 keyboard. can't get it to connect

Look for manual for MK520 Keyboard + Mouse set.
This set includes K520 keyboard and M305 mouse.
This keyboard (and M305 mouse) uses Unifying adapter to connect to PC that should be included with your product. You should use Unifying software from Logitech site to connect additional devices to this adapter, so may be your keyboard just out of pairing with your adapter.

My keyboard is typing double letters. I have rebooted, changed batteries. But still typing double. reverted to usb keyboard for time being

I had this problem after changing the batteries in Logitech Cordless Internet Pro Keyboard - Model Y-RAJ56A, very frustrating.
I am using a KVM switch that only has PS2 outputs and one of the computers doesn't have PS2 connectors for both keyboard and mouse. This necessitated another mouse & receiver. Receiver will accept both mouse & keyboard but initial installation didn't include pairing the KB with the receiver, it
picked it up from the KVM.
When I changed the batteries in the keyboard I instinctively pushed the buttons to pair the receiver to the keyboard.
Wrong move!
Now the computer is receiving keyboard command from both the former 'mouse only' receiver & the KVM, creating ddoouubbllee letters. After pairing, they refused to be unpaired.
Solution was to go to Control Panel, in Device Management and disable Wireless Keyboard. Now it only receives keystrokes from the KVM.
Problem was solved.

Hope this helps, Plasticman69

My computer stopped recognizing my wireless keyboard & mouse. Says it's missing a driver or that the device is malfunctioning. Don't think it's a battery prob. Do I need a new driver?...

Uninstall the Keyboard driver.
Unplug the Logitech keyboard.
Restart the computer.
Plug the Logitech keyboard back into the computer.
Windows should recognise the keyboard and/or the mouse.
Place Logitech setup disk in drive.
Reload the drivers...

The drivers sometimes corrupt themselves..
You might download the latest drivers for your keyboard/mouse.
