Sciphone 168+ 2nd sim suddenly restricted calls

All of a sudden the 2nd sim has restricted outgoing & incoming calls. Tried to cancel call barring in settings, but this requires a code i don't have. Tried switching sim cards over but when i entered password to start up phone, it wouldn't respond. I pressed ok and the phone vibrated as it does when the screen is touched, but would neither say code accepted or denied. My sim works fine in other phones. I bought this phone just because of the dual function. Can anyone help?
