The full version is a commercial product, and won't run without the box - there is a (now fairly old) free "lite" version, but it doesn't seem to be on the SE-TOOL website anymore.
Se-tool lite 1.10:

Upgrade from 1.10 to 1.11

Some AV programs (AVG for one) detect a virus in the update - I think it's a false detection caused by the fact that the .exe is packed, though.
