i can help you with that problem......go into profiles,then pick from general to indoor,either one of the 4 to chose from will work by the way.click on the one you chose,click customize...click it again and the screen will show tone set up all the way down to answer mode......click on tone setup and look for ripple tone at the bottom and click on it and it will shut the sound off.but only on the profile you pick.if you want the ripple off on all profiles then you will have to customize all profiles with the ripple turned off.good luck and have a Happy Easter!!

if you are using an apple iphone internationaly..yes you will be charged Pay-Per-Use International Data charges, An apple will automaticly connect to a wireless network to perform software and network updates..You can turn of the data roaming on your phone, but that will limit many functions you use on your Apple. To turn off data roaming....go to settings...then general....then network...just slide the data roaming feature to off...Apples come defaulted to the roaming off, but by using any data transfer while internationaly will set this feature to on. Personaly I got an Apple to beable to do all the great functions its capable of performing so the last thing I want to do is shut off any feature on my phone...If you do travel international and dont have an intrnational feature added to your acct. and you do use any kind of data, you will be charged 10.00 to 20.00MB.EXSAMPLE. If you checked your email 3 times a day it would cost 400.00 to 900.00. and thats a low est. AT&Ts Iphone data plans are so worth it. If I remember corectly I paid 60.00 for 50MB. WELL WORTH IT!!!!!
