Hi my son has changed his password and cant remember it. He has disabled his ipod touch, when I go into itunes with the ipod connected to the computer it does not come up with device to reset. what do I do

LOG ONTO THE APPLE WEBSITE,THERE YOU WILL SEE HOW TO RESET THE IPOD,ITS REALLY QUITE SIMPLE.
