Problem for Frigidaire FRS26R4A Side by Side Refrigerator

Water collecting and freezing in bottom of freezer

Water is leaking out of back of freezer (inside) and freezing on the bottom (below bottom basket) creating a sheet of ice which then leaks out onto the floor when defrost mode kicks in. Any idea what's causing it? Thanks!

Hi, Remove the rear inside panel of the freezer and locate the drain hole under the evaporator coil. Remove the ice and flush the drain hole with hot water to make sure it is free. You can try running a soft wire through the drain also.
