- Yes, I mean the program and it specifically states that there are also drivers to go with it. When I plug it in and it starts to run the wizard, I get an error mid way through. I am trying to figure out how to use this for my mother in law and we can't locate the disk that it came with, at least not yet. I am running Windows XP. kmellor1 - It's USB and shouldn't require any drivers to install. Do you mean the program that does the conversion / scanning? That should have come with it, and I haven't found a place to download it from. I will look further if that's what you're referring to. If the USB is the problem, try having the converter powered on when you plug it in, and follow the directions in the hardware wizard. Are you running Windows XP or Vista? It should work for either, but it would help to isolate your problem if I knew which you were running. Michael
