White areas in the image are yellow and the black are blue-green

You have a few issues. first is the yellow in white. the light filter on the blue lcd panel is fried due to excessive dust and heat. unfortunately, you may have to replace the whole optical engine. as for the flashing horizontal lines, the power supply isn't cooling down and the caps are drying out, causing fluctuations in voltage. so, replace the power supply.
