i plugged it in and it says connected and everything , but then im waiting for it to pop out in computer where it says what i wanna do with it, but no i dont get anything and i went to my computer to see if i could find it there but nothing , i also tried putting it on usb mode, msc but still nothing
so your computer doesn't recognize your device. this can be solved by doing the following things 1. if there is a reset button(generally a tiny hole) then click on that one using a small pin or something. 2. if its not there, then you can record your own voice and save it.this generates the system file 3.after either tof these processes are over, connect it.. you will be able to find your device

I downloaded what I thought were MP3s from Walmart for my kid's 2gb Sansa Clip. WMP (used on PC w WinXP) says it's "converting" the files when it syncs. Afterwards, some songs will not play. On a Sansa Fuze the songs don't "convert;" they simply "copy" to the device. Can you help me understand this? Of course, my goal is to get working music onto the clip. I thought it would be a no-brainer if I downloaded an MP3. Thanks
