Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer

I Have hp officejet Pro L7590 and Hp 5610 alin one

They both work fine but when I go to Solution center it says no printers detected. I had to have my computer in the shop and they saved everything and reinstalled. I didn't have this problem before that. I also had a program that detected problems with printers but I can't find that now.
The computer messed up because microsoft was downloading a program that messed up things.

Hi Faulconer !

As per my own experience, you are receiving an error "No Hp Devices Dected" when you try to open Hp Solution Center.

However, to assist you better, I need to know wheather you are able to make copy fine from the front panel of the printer or not. If yes, then it shows that the scanner mechanism is working fine. The issue seems to be with the communication or with the computer and the printer.

To check the communication between the printer and computer, perform the following steps. These steps is only for the USB connected printers.

Follow the below steps to Scan using WIA (Windows Image acquisition)

1.Verify that the all-in-one product power is turned on and the printer cable is properly connected.
2.Click Start then Click All Programs then Click Accessories then Click Scanner and Camera Wizard.
3.Follow the Scanner and Camera Wizard instructions to scan images to the computer.

If you are able to scan fine, that shows that there is a communication.

If the windows was reinstalled.. you should also reinstall the driver for your printer.

Print head on Officejet Pro L7590


Press Setup on the control panel.
Press the right arrow button until Tools displays, and then press OK .
Press 2 to begin the cleaning process.
