- cant u provide me the puk code plz, coz i have no idea about anythng, as i m here as a visitor, so i dont understand about the other information. i will really appriciate if u help me out wid this solution.

Hi Sonal,

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, ehich is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific...

TO get the PUK code, call you cell phone operator and ask for the PUK code, they may assist you.... Dont get tensed..

NOTE: if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
