Question about Frigidaire GHSC39ETE Side by Side Refrigerator
Answering this question is like answering "how long is a piece of rope." There is more than one answer. Most machines have a removable ice storage tray, If your machine has a knob on the front of this tray which allows you to select fine crushed or course crushed ice depending on how far you turn the knob the finally cubed ice. Many time the knob is broken and no longer actually turns anything. It may be as simple as removing the know and replacing with a new knob. If the knob will turn more than 360% it is almost
certainly broken. Set ups like this usually runs the ice through a crusher. By moving the two parts of the crusher to maximum clearance, you get cubes. The closer the two parts run together the finer the crushed ice. The knob is connected to a rack that moves one half nearer or away from a stationary half. I hope my explanation was clearly written and hope it is of some help
