Well depending on the model of your laptop I'm assuming, since you said it was a built in webcam, you may want to visit the manufactures website and see if they offer a driver download for your particular model on their support page. If there is not a download there contact me with the make and model of your computer and I will assist you in finding and installing the correct driver in order to get the device functioning.
