Filter for Bryant plus 90i

I am trying to find a filter for my Bryant plus 90i furnace. It seems to take an odd-sized filter but I cannot find accurate dimensions from any of the manuals, specs, online or offline sites. The Bryant dealership itself couldn't even give me a straight answer (but thought it might be a 20 x 25 x 5). I tried that size but it was just slightly too wide. The next step smaller is 4" wide... Wouldn't that leave too much of a gap? I would prefer to purchase filters via an online store so I welcome any suggestions, advice, etc.

It is prolly a FILXXCAR0024 the exact size is 24.75" X 23.6875 X 4.3125 that is their 1 oddball size the rest u can use a 16 or 20 X 25 from Walmart or menards. The cheaper you go the less filtration you get and less protection for your equipment.

Why is my furnace filter dirty after 3 days

depends on what you are calling dirty which is relative to each person
Are they so dirty they are clogged or do they just have dust on them
IF they are just dusty then that is normal and it is being pulled from inside the house
If you have a pet door that will cause a lot of dust
The only other way is if there is a hole in the attic or your return air somewhere

Bryant Plus 90i furnace vibration

You have not mentioned if the vent pipe has any anti-vibration mounts or not. If not, use rubber mounts to suspend the vent. It may be transmitting your noise.

Code #33 on Bryant 355MAV 90i Furnace

'Limit or flame rollout switch is open'. In my case, the flame rollout switch had tripped due to an overheating? I had to push the button between the wire leads to reset the switch. Then when I turned the power back on, the furnace started up like normal.

Why did the switch overheat and trip? My current theory is that there was a rubber grommet around a pipe near the switch that had slid down and was no longer sealing the furnace?
