Pump oil doesn\'t need to filled often. Only when you notice the oil looking creamy or not clear! This applies only to horizontal shaft pumps! If you have a vertical shaft, the pump is non-serviceable. If the pump is leaking oil, then only add as needed! The oil level on any pump is half way up the sight glass if any is available. If no sight glass is available then only half way up! NEVER fill the pump completely up! This can cause oil seals to fail as well as other damage to the pump! Best of luck!

Could be time for another engine.
The pressure switch measures pressure, so it could be the oil pump is failing, or there are blockages in the oil passages in the block or head. You may need to pull the oil pan and check the pickup screen to see if stuff from the head job fell into the crankcase.

How full and with what oil to fill pump vent.

Any pressure washer pump should be no more than half full. The reason is if you fill it completely up when the piston strokes it will blow the seals out of the pump. Usually there is a sight gage on the side of the pump. I will look your model up and see what I can find as far as quantity for the pump. I won't be too long just read the 2nd response and please do not rate this one. I will get back to you ASAP.

What oil, how much oil, and how change oil on pump of ry80030a

The RY80030 Pressure washer has a Faip pump on it. There is no drain plug and you do not change the oil in it. The pump only holds 4.5 ounces of oil and the pump only has a life expectancy of between 30 and 50 hours. If for some reason The oil gets drained, remove the pump from the motor and set it on a bench standing up on end. Remove the allen bolts holding the water and oil sides of the pump together.Be carful as the piston springs are under load. fill the pump 3/4 of the way full and replace the head. there is a smoke stack on the pump but it is simply a breather not an oil fill.

Over filled oil yzf 450

Open the air box, clean it from extra oil, renew the air filter if you have to and without the air box-air filter (or opened) try to start the bike while sraying with a carb cleaner spray through the air box towards the carbs.Don't spray too much.Little bit each time and do not twist the gas grip.Choke it too if you want.It may help.Of course before all that set the oil level to normal.
