Question about Samsung DLP HL-P5663W 56" TV
Either the fans are not working or are not able to cool the unit. Since the lamp generates a lot of heat, the fans are continuously monitored for correct function. The owner's manual should show you the location of the fans. Make sure that the grills covering the fans are clear of dust and that the fans are clean. Sometimes dirt can cause the fan blades to slow down enough to trigger the safety alert.
Also look at the back of the unit and tell me if can see any little green lights that turn on or blinks?
