go to Didgeforums.com.

I had a similiar problem, found the solution there. It was the wiring harnes on the drivers side under the hood, just above the wheel well. there are a cluster of wires in a bundle. I unpacked the bundle carefuly and sure enough the were two or three wires all coroded, had wite powder from corosion. repaired the connections and bingo. I posted details at dodgeforums.com. browse around there. I posted pictures as well. this is a common problem.

SOURCE: back drum brakes

Remove the rubber plug at the back of the backing plate. Take a brake adjusting tool or screw driver through the hole and turn(pry) the brake adjuster to back off the brake shoes. There is a ridge worn in to the brake drum and that is keeping the brake drum on, even if you can wiggle it.

SOURCE: Need to know how to remove dash from 1999 dodge

removing a dash is NEVER an easy task, and requires alot of hidden screws and clips and to try and explain it here would be almost impossible, but if you go to your local library and repair manual you can get pictures that you can copy or take the manual with you and it will be of great service in finding those hidden clips and screws and such

Dodge dakota pickups won't run. cam sensor or pickup sensor?

I would need to know what year and engine size you have.
If you know for a fact you have no spark to the plugs, it could be a relay, a faulty coil, or a sensor. You would check for voltage and a ground signal at the coil first.
