Your symptoms sounds like at least one of the fans in your set are not working.
I seriously doubt that all three fans failed at once, but it is possible. They are connected to the digital board in the back of your set, it is possible that the board had gone bad and needs replaced.
You may want to consult a Television Repair Technician, or repair this yourself. If you want to tackle this yourself, let me know, I can give you some direction for the repair
