- Where is the drain tube located....is it located in the back of the refrigerator where the coils are...there doesnt seem to be a buildup of ice in the freezer section at the top...so where do I flush it out.

- I must sound like a complete idiot....I have a Frigidaire P/N 241543903 18.2 Top Mount Refrigerator. I know you said the tube is in the freezer itself...is the panel that I have to remove actually inside the freezer in the back...I tried removing it but it doesnt come off....undeneath the panel is where the controls to the freezer are...Am I looking in the right place

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.
The fridge should be 40 degrees on lower but not 32 degrees of course.

- It's in the freezer below the evaporator coils. You may have to remove the back cover to see it. There is no ice build up because your defrost system is working but the ice that gets melted drains into this drain tube which is probably stopped up so the water can freeze in the top of the tube because it's in the freezer.

- It always helps tremendously to have a model number. You can post it at this side and search for evaporator coil and see the drain pan under it. http://www.partselect.com/PartDetail.aspx?Inventory=2061185&SourceCode=1
