Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.
The fridge should be 40 degrees on lower but not 32 degrees of course.

It's in the freezer below the evaporator coils. You may have to remove the back cover to see it. There is no ice build up because your defrost system is working but the ice that gets melted drains into this drain tube which is probably stopped up so the water can freeze in the top of the tube because it's in the freezer.

It always helps tremendously to have a model number. You can post it at this side and search for evaporator coil and see the drain pan under it. http://www.partselect.com/PartDetail.asp...

I find puddles of water in front of bowl

If you're finding puddles of water in front of the bowl ON THE FLOOR, then most likely your wax seal is leaking between the floor and the drain piping. You will have to disconnect toilet, remove water from toilet, remove toilet from floor. There is one other possibility, but not likely If it is just a small amout of water, it could be condensation. If your water source is cold (like well water in summer time) and it is hot and humid in your house sometimes toilet tanks sweat.

Water is leaking out from the bottom of the freezer

Below the freezer coil is a drain trough. Sounds like it is frozen. Use a hair drier to melt it and poor baking soda with warm water down it.

Look for obstruction at the drain tray for the freezer. Common to have plastic wrap sucked into that area.Or gunk in the drain line. Blow through line to insure the gunk is not an issue.

GE Profile TFX27PF/TFT27PF Refridgerator

There is a line from the defroster catch pan, up under the freezer, to an evaporation pan, down under the bottom. If it becomes clogged with dirt, bugs, whatever, the catch pan will overflow, and leave a puddle on the floor. Find it and unclog it.
