I have a Sony 46" LCD TV. I have a Direct TV HD converter box, a Sony Blu-Ray BDP-S360 Blu-Ray player, and a Pioneer DVD-Audio player connected to my Pioneer Elite Home Theater receiver. I have my Pioneer DVD-A player connected via Fiber-Optic cable. When i play a DVD or a DVD-A on my Pioneer DVD-A player, all of my speakers work fine, but when i play a dvd on my blu-ray player, all the speakers work except my subwoofer. How can I fix this problem?

My 12 inch speakers stopped working I bought new speakers and amp it still doesnt work could it be a power issue?

well does the amp power up when you turn your key on and when you turn the radio on? if so check your RCA cables they might not be carrieing a signal. if the amp is not powering check your main inline fuse to see if its blown, also make sure to clean your ground wire connections as well. a dirty ground will cause your amp to not turn on also.

How to open the subwoofer housing to change the fuse

on the back unscrew all the screws (there should be 8 in the plastic square around the jacks... and then undo the four that are in the wooden back) then pull out the plastic square, it will take a decent amount of force, try prying with a flat head screw driver. Once you have that out, you should be able to access what you need inside.

Check the speaker fuse (inside Pwr Amp), try to connect to the other channel of the Power Amp, check RCA cable from source( Player) connection. There could be one channel of the power amp defected too

Wierd problem with my subwoofers please help

It sounds like your RCAs are pickin up noise somewhere, are your rca cables next to your amp power wire? this could be the problem. Just recheck your signal wires and make sure they aren't close to any significant power cables. Also does the noise only come from your subs or your car speakers to? If it comes from all your speakers you may have a headunit problem... hope this helps

JBL TLX PS10 Subwoofer - Does not work

If you have checked the fuses which it sounds like you have, your amp may be out. Take that RCA and plug it into the other speaker. If thar she blows, treat as warranty and call the factory. If this is helpful, please post as such.

Subwoofer not working

if u are a technician then its easy to check, problems are, blown fuse, power amp IC output transistor may be blown, check for burnt componenets. changing and blowing a fuse means ur output IC or transistors are shorted.
