Your mobile phone has a built-in alarm clock
with a snooze feature. You can set up to five
separate alarms and choose whether or not
the alarm should repeat.
Setting an Alarm
1. From the main menu, select Alarm.
2. To edit the alarm, press the () key. The
following options display:
• Time: Set the specified time for this
• Repeat: Select Once (default)/Every day/
Days or customize as preferred.
• Snooze: The alarm will repeat at regular
lots of times it is the battery connection. clean the battery connection with a pencil eraser but be careful not to bend anything. go very lightly! the phone sometimes quits because the battery connection is interupted
i had the same problem. i reset the alarm to go off immediately, then dismissed the alarm. i also reset the default theme. the clock came back to the external display and the daily alarm message went away!
I had the same problem. Finally in frustration I did the following. Press MENU, then 6, then 4, then Options, then 3 (Reset All). This apparently clears all the alarm memory and my alarm settings would then save properly. I hope this helps you!
My Razr V3m also has this issue. One way to shut the alarm off is (1) make a call to your cell from another phone. (2) Disconnect the call from the other phone without picking up (3) You should see two events on your cell - one for missed call and the other for alarm. (4) Delete the alarm event first and then the missed call.
Drawback for this solution is you need access to another phone...everytime :-(
Sometimes, I am able to shut the alarm successfully without any problem
I can solve this problem drop the phone on the floor, the problem is that the programming of the phone has messed up and is keeping the vibrating going so either buy new phone or keep dropping the phone till it stops vibrating
Once you open alarm, select "set" for alarm 1, go to the time and change it to what ever time and click "set" again. After shut phone. I thought it was wierd that it did not confirm but It works. Let me know how it goes.
I've had my phone awhile, and it has always started slowly. It has probably been dropped to many times, or you have many recorded, downloaded, or contact files which just make it slower to start up. Like a computer.
When you shut it off, keep it open until the SAMSUNG logo has disappeared and the screen is black, otherwise it might/will stay on.
