One touch video capture card will not work with video studio 11

First let me say that the vc500 is better than I could have hoped for . The only complaint I have at this time is that with vc500 installed on my computer my U Lead Video Studio 11 will not work . When I click to open Video Studio 11 I get this message . " The Ordinal 17 could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library MPGVOUT.dll " . If I uninstall the vc500 then video studio works ok again . The "Video Studio 10 se" that came with the card will work ok . The Video Studio 11 is the program that use for all my video editing . I hope there is a way solve this .
