The easiest way to to fix this is to do a Master Restart. But doing this will revert all the settings to its original specs (be it ringtones, text alerts, Alarms settings, etc) you will need to contact your cell phone provider to get the password, which you will need to do a Master Restart, Also and it seems trivial but its a good idea to turn off your phone every morning and restart it so it can catch a new signal. hope this was helpful
