Question about Nokia 7373 Cellular Phone
My wife recently bought a 2nd hand 7373 locked onto T-Mobile. As she uses O2 this meant that she had to get it unlocked. This was done yesterday, and now the phone performs faultlessly- with one exception! This problem occurs in the Messages section- she can send messages as normal, and she can read incoming texts. The trouble is she can't re-refer to these texts later, as the Inbox can't be opened. When you hit the button you get the "Opening Page" banner, but then the screen just whites out for about 10 seconds (Although the battery and aerial symbols appear top left), following which you get dumped back to the opening page. I'm guessing corrupted software but could anyone offer a diagnosis, even a solution? Sure would save me a lot of earache!
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
