go to the start of your computer and find the control panel and when you see the ad and remove program click it and and you see the currently install files find words brother printer HL. click it and remove after that please restart your computer din insert your brother printer installer cd into cdrm and install again maybe your current printer driver some files is missing, or reformat your pc using os/operating system and install the printer again make sure your printer have a load tuner or ink. thank you
